Our Website is intended as a free CSR information resource but is not intended to be used systematically as a source of commercial information by our users. Accessing Reports and Data
We do not permit systematic access to company or report profiles or associated data, bulk downloading of associated files (e.g. PDFs of reports), or similar activity which in our judgement compromises the integrity of our website or constitutes unreasonable use. If a user appears to be operating in conjunction with a larger group of associated users (possibly on a shared IP address or company name) we will view their activity as an aggregate.
Our average user accesses no more than 100 report profiles per month – we use this as the basis for defining ‘reasonable use’.

We reserve the right to restrict user access to our site on an individual or collective basis and to cancel your registration to our Website. We will email you at the email you registered in the event that we wish to cancel your registration. Ordering Reports Featured on the Site
Site users may wish to order hard copy version of reports featured in our directory. This facility is only available where indicated on specific report profiles. Where we do not provide specific company contacts we will pass these requests to the appropriate company departments, to be sent directly by the company to the user. We do not follow up such requests or send such reports ourselves. We undertake to forward only those requests which in our view are reasonable. Bulk orders, or systematic requests for a large number of reports, for example, will not be forwarded unless contact is made with us first, and the request discussed.

Company & Report profiles: Categorisations & Naming Conventions
Sector categorisations: we have developed our business sector listing over many years, we continually review and refine this list. We do not align this listing with any other company data provider. Our business sector listing is protected by copyright and associated database rights.
Naming conventions: we use registered full company names across our website, subject to our specific naming conventions. Report titles are also subject to our unique naming conventions.
With particular reference to report and company profiles on our site, all meta data is researched by an in-house team. Any issues arriving from this should be directed to [email protected]. We strive to provide independent and objective data in the best interest of all users.
Hosting of PDFs
We host PDFs of the reports we feature, where available. We reserve the right to identify, within the files, the PDFs we feature as being hosted by Corporate Register.
Copyright
Under the protection afforded by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the Corporate Register online databases are literary work and as such the original selection and/or arrangement of the contents of these databases is protected by copyright.
